Coy Carter Earns the "REALTORS to Watch Under 40" Recognition
Coy Carter has recently earned the "REALTORS to Watch Under 40" recognition from the REALTOR Association of Manatee and Sarasota (RASM) and their Young Professionals Network (YPN). Each year, this program recognizes REALTORS® who represent excellence in leadership, community involvement, and everything else that makes a well-rounded Young Professional succeed in real estate. Sarah Beth Mayer, Broker Associate Joins Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office
Bradenton, FL August 7 – Broker Associate Sarah Beth Mayer has joined Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas. She is looking forward to helping everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors find exactly what they are looking for.
Sarah Beth was born and raised in Bradenton. She attended and graduated Manatee High School in 2009 and looks back in fondness remembering the four years she was a member of the Sugar Cane Dance team.
She attended Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee, eventually moving briefly to St Petersburg area and then to the Fort Myers area, continuing her education at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). She received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a Master's in Business Administration.

Ian Brooks-Miller, REALTOR Joins Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office
Bradenton, FL August 3 - REALTOR® Ian Brooks-Miller has joined Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.
Originally from Indiana, he relocated to Florida in 2013 to be closer to his family. He has a strong military background serving oversees in Iraq. He is an Operations Iraqi Freedom Veteran, and serves as Senior Vice Commander of Veterans of Foreign War post 10141 in Bradenton.
Currently, Ian volunteers as a Captain of VFW 10141 Honor Guard, participating in parades, special events, and flag presentation ceremonies. He, along with his fellow honor guards stand ready to perform at funerals to convey gratitude and pay final respects to a fallen comrade.
