Coy Carter Earns the "REALTORS to Watch Under 40" Recognition

Coy Carter has recently earned the "REALTORS to Watch Under 40" recognition from the REALTOR Association of Manatee and Sarasota (RASM) and their Young Professionals Network (YPN). Each year, this program recognizes REALTORS® who represent excellence in leadership, community involvement, and everything else that makes a well-rounded Young Professional succeed in real estate. These individuals are rising stars in our local real estate community.
Coy has a master's degree from USF, and he will be completing a second master's in organizational leadership in December 2023 from SEU. He has also completed the challenging RASM Leadership Academy. In addition to being Top Producer at Wagner Realty, Coy has also earned the company's Executive Award for 2022-2022.
Coy also gives back to the community. He is a board member for the non-profits Sarasota Habitat for Humanity (2020-Current) and Big Brothers, Big Sisters Sarasota Community Board (2021-Current). He is also the Keeper of Records and Vice Guide Right Director (2022-current) for the Sarasota Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and was the USF Sarasota Manatee Alumni Chapter Chair from 2021-2023.
Earning the "REALTORS to Watch Under 40" recognition will most likely be one of many accomplishments in Coy's long career in real estate.
