Tina Cablish, REALTOR® Joins Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office

REALTOR® Tina Cablish has joined Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas. She is looking forward to helping everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors find exactly what they are looking for.
Tina was born and raised in Bradenton. After graduating Palmetto High School, she received a degree in cosmetology and in 2018 started her own salon business in Lakewood Ranch. After selling the business, she realized what a "people" person she really was, and missed the camaraderie with her customers. Growing up in Florida, she was always fascinated with Florida homes, their styles and diversified communities that were being built. Tina decided to combine the two things she loved the most, people and homes and enthusiastically pursued her adventures in real estate.
In her spare time, she enjoys woodworking. She is proud of the family's pool deck that she designed and built. Her latest creation was a custom wash station for her young great Dane, Jade. She is a mother of three children, Mayson, age 23, Cired, age 20, and Carrera, age 17. Her husband, Val is an owner of a successful accounting firm on Manatee Avenue and both Val and the entire family are active members of the community.
