REALTOR Manny Singh has joined Wagner Realty's Longboat Key Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas. He is looking forward to helping everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors find exactly what they are looking for.
Manpreet (Manny) was born and raised in India. He worked in the multi-generational family business of managing a 100-acre agricultural farm, while pursuing agriculture in his college studies. He received a Bachelor's Degree and eventually moved to Queens, NY in 2017, where he became interested in learning more about the banking and investment industry. After starting his own trucking company business, he continued in his desire to become involved with real estate and decided to move where real estate was bustling and the weather was warmer. His diligent research moved him and his mother to Florida, where he actively pursued real estate and became licensed in February 2023.
Manny is fluent in multiple languages besides English, including Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. To maintain his agricultural skills, he enjoys gardening and growing a wide variety of fresh vegetables as a worthwhile hobby.
