REALTOR® Trish Carruth Joins Wagner Realty's Longboat Key Office
LONGBOAT KEY, FL, October 12, 2021 – REALTOR Trish Carruth has joined Wagner Realty's Longboat Key Office as a licensed REALTOR®.
Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. Trish was educated at the University of Southern Mississippi and earned a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 1984. She quickly evolved as a Regional Manager resulting in supervision of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists covering geriatric rehab facilities in the southeastern United States.
She spent more than 35 years dedicating her time and expertise to her patients, employees and customers.
Trish has been a full time Floridian since September of 2020 and obtained her Florida real estate license in the summer of 2021. Her new endeavor of real estate is driven by her passion for interior design, home procurement and improvement. Over the years, her love of interior design has resulted in home improvement and facilitated home sales for numerous family and friends. She is eager to share this specific skill set with her clients.
Trish enjoys kayaking, all forms of boating, hiking, gardening , art and travel. When not involved with community activities, such as the Longboat Key Beach Volunteer Program, she tends to her garden and enjoys transforming her backyard into a landscaping paradise which includes a peaceful Zen garden.
